TERT在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤中的表达及意义
Expression of TERT in thyroid follicular tumor and its significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) in thyroid follicular tumors and its significance.Methods The expression of TERT was detected in 25 cases of thyroid follicular adenoma (FA),7 cases of follicular tumor of undetermined malignant potential(FT-UMP) and 22 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma(FTC).Results The positive expression of TERT in FA,FTC and FT-UMP groups was 44.0％(11/25),100.0％(22/22) and100.0％(7/7),respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TERT in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid follicular tumors was 100.0％,56.0％,79.6％,72.5％ and 100.0％,respectively.Conclusion The expression of TERT in FTC and FT-UMP is significantly higher than that in FA,indicating that it may differentiate malignant thyroid follicular tumors from benign thyroid tumor.关键词
