磁共振弥散加权成像对强直性脊柱炎的诊断价值研究
MRI diffusion weighted imaging in diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) for ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods Sixty one AS patients were divided into activity group (n=37) and stability group (n=24),according to Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index (BASDAI).The ADC value of sacroiliac joint and L5 vertebrae were determined on DWI.The differences between groups were analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results The ADC and rADC of the activity group were both higher than those of the stability group (P＜0.05).Conclusion ADC values in DWI can be used as a quantitative indicator to diagnose the clinical stages of AS.关键词
