围绝经期妇女更年期症状与睡眠质量的关系
Association between climateric symptoms and sleep quality in perimenopausal women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between climacteric symptoms and sleep quality in perimenopausal women.Methods The sleep quality,depression and anxiety status and the quality of life were assessed in 106 perimenopausal women with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),the WHO Quality of Life Brief Questionnaire (WHO-QOL-BREF),respectively.The data were analyzed by software SPSS 19.0.Results The total score of PSQI was 6.359 ±4.099,and 31.13％ of perimenopausal women suffered from poor sleeping quality.The sleeping quality was correlated with age,occupation,economic status,depression and climacteric syndromes;but not correlated with the education level and menstrual condition in perimenopausal women.Conclusion High proportion of perimenopausal women suffer from sleep disorders.Menopausal symptoms might be an important factor related to sleeping quality in perimenopausal women.关键词
