摘要
Abstract
This paper describes the development of X-band high power coupled-cavity traveling wave tubes (CCTWTs).The design and the test results of X-band CCTWTs in Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute are introduced.The CCTWTs have average output power more than 5 kW over 800 MHz bandwidth,and efficiency more than 42.5 ％.关键词
