摘要
Abstract
The emission of industrial waste gas is one of the most important sources of air pollution.It is of great application prospect to process malodorous gases with microwave electrodeless lamp instead of traditional lamp.In order to improve the working efficiency of the microwave electrodeless lamp and reduce research and production cost,COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software based on finite element was used to analyze the effects of argon pressure,mercury vapor pressure,input power and other discharge parameters on the ultraviolet spectrum efficiency of low-pressure microwave electrodeless mercury lamps.The best discharge conditions of 185 nm and 254 nm ultraviolet radiations were obtained by optimal design,which provided theoretical basis for design and production of high efficiency microwave electrodeless lamps.关键词
