摘要
Abstract
Using the CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 (Ca-Al-Si) glass as sintering additive,molybdenum metalization layer was produced on high purity alumina ceramic surface.The effects of sintering temperature and the contents of CaO,Al2O3 and TiO2 on tensile strength were investigated.The results showed that the CaAl-Si glass can be sintered at 1450℃,the content increase of CaO,Al2O3 benefits metallization,whereas the TiO2 additive are adverse for metallization.关键词
