Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the development of X-band pulsed space TWTs.Through high power backward wave oscillation suppression design,high efficiency design and grid reliability design,the fabricated X-band TWTs can deliver a peak output power of 1600 W and efficiency of 50％.关键词
