白及氮、磷、钾养分的吸收与分配
Absorption and Distribution of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in Bletilla striata

Abstract
Objective:To study the regularity of dry matter accumulation and characteristics of absorption and distribution of nitrogen(N),phosphorus (P),and potassium (K)nutrients in Bletilla striata,to provide a scientific basis for the precise fertilization.Methods:A field experiment and laboratory analysis were conducted to study the content of dry matter accumulation and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and analyzed the nutrient uptake and distribution at different growth stages of Bletilla striata.Results:Dry matter accumulation of Bletilla striata plants accorded with the S-shaped curve as the plant growing and developing,the content of N,P,K in different growth stages showed a slow upward,and harvest time was the highest.The content of N,P,K in different organs of Bletilla striata at different growth stages decrease with growth time,and the content of nitrogen was highest in leaves,while the phosphorus and potassium contents were highest in pseudobulb.Plants for the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium absorption characteristics were similar,there were an increasing trend from seedling stage to harvest time,the peak content was 15.03 kg/hm2,8.70 kg/hm2 and 11.24 kg/hm2,the order of the absorption in the three kinds of nutrient uptake was N > K > P,the polysaccharide content in Bletilla striata plant were decrease first and then increase in growth time.Conclusion:The results indicate that fertilization should appliy before planting,and sufficient nitrogen should be provided around the whole growth time and development process,and additional phosphorus and potassium should be provided in later flowering and fruiting period,to ensure the growth of pseudobulb of Bletilla striata.关键词
