Abstract
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of Aspergillus sp.085035 from South China Sea.Methods:The metabolites of Aspergillus sp.085035 were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and semipreparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR spectra,and then confirmed by a single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis.The cytotoxicity of the compounds was tested by MTT assay.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp.085035,and their structures were identified as 13R-fumigaclavine C (1),8'-O-methylasterric acid (2),1,2-seco-trypacidin (3),rhizoctonic acid (4),chaetominine (5),helvolic acid (6),trypacidin (7),emodin-8-methylether (8) and fumitremorgin C (9).Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new natural product,compounds 1,8 are isolated from Aspergillas sp.genus for the first time,all the compounds are isolated from this furgus for the first time.Compound 7 exhibits cytotoxicity against MDA-MB-435 cells.关键词
