蒙药悬钩子木三萜类成分及其生物活性研究
Study on the Triterpenes and Biological Activities of Rubus sachalinensis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the triterpenes and biological activities of Rubus sachalinensis.Methods:The compounds in the ethyl acetate fraction were isolated and purified by ODS Flash column,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies,and reverse-phase preparative HPLC as well.The structures were identified by various spectroscopic data such as 1D、2D-NMR,HR-ESI-MS.Anti-inflammatory activity and cytotoxicity of isolated compounds were determined by MTT methods.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Rubus sachalinensis,and identified as 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-24-formyl-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester(1),2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy-24-formyl-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester (2),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-24-formyl-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester(3),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-24,28-dioic acid-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester(4),2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester (5),2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxy-urs12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester (6),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-β-D-glucopyranospyl ester (7),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (8),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-24-formy1-urs-12-en-28-acid (9),2β,3β,19α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en28-oic acid(10),2-oxo-pomolic acid(11),pomolic acid(12).Activity assay showed that compounds 12 showed cytotoxicity in 100 μmol/L.Conclusion:All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time,and compounds 1,3,4,7,9 are obtained from the this genus for the first time,compounds 12 has a cytotoxicity.关键词
