银翘散的UPLC指纹图谱研究
Study on UPLC Fingerprint of Yinqiao Powder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao powder,in order to improve the quality standard of Yinqiao powder.Methods:The analysis was carried out by UPLC with column of ACQUITY UPLC BEH C1s (100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7 μm),and eluted with mobile phase containing of methanol-acetonitrile (1∶1)-0.2％ phosphoric acid in a gradient mode,the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results:The UPLC fingerprint of ten batches of Yinqiao powder was established with 24 common peaks,five common peaks were identified by comparison reference substances.Conclusion:Yinqiao Powder fingerprint is established by UPLC method,which has the advantages of simple operation,strong characters,high precision and good eproducibility,which can provide reliable basis of quality control and evaluation criteria for for Yinqiao powder.关键词
