Abstract
Objective:To establish a quantitative method for simultaneous determination of PPT,PT and 25-OH-PPD by HPLC-ELSD in different parts of Ginseng hydrolysates.Methods:A Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) was used to perform the determination,which was maintained at 25 ℃ throughout the analysis.Mobile phase was composed of methanol and water with flow rate at 3 mL·min-1 under gradient elution.The evaporation light-scattering detector was used with its gasification chamber temperature at 40 ℃ and the nitrogen pressure 2.5×105 Pa.Results:The linearity of PPT、PT、25-OH-PPD was good in 1.6 μg-8 μg scope,average recovery rates were 98.39%,97.97%,97.75%,respectively,RSD were 0.94% (n=5),1.10% (n=5),1.27% (n=5),respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,the reproducible.The method could be used for the quality control of Ginseng hydrolysates.关键词
