小儿消积止咳口服液的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Abstract
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Xiao''er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid for evaluating and controlling its quality scientifically,and ensuring its production stability.Methods:The fingerprint of Xiao''er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid was acquired by HPLC,and the similarities of HPLC chromatograms of 22 batches of Xiao''er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid were analyzed by means of Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software(edition 2004 A)of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission.Results:Using the peak of naringin as a reference peak,the HPLC fingerprint common mode was established with the similarities of 22 samples all exceeding 0.90,and 19 mutual peaks were obtained and identified from 22 HPLC chromatograms.Conclusion:The method has good precision,stability and repeatability,which will be conductive to the quality control of Xiao''er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid.关键词
