摘要

Abstract

ZnO/SnO2 hierarchical nanostructures were synthesized by the electrospinning method and hydrothermal technique.The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that ZnO nanorods arrays with the diameter 20~30 nm were grown uniformly on the surface of SnO2 nanofibers whose lengths were 2~10 μm.Compared with pure ZnO and SnO2 nanowires,the ZnO/SnO2 hierarchical nanostructures showed an obvious improvement in gas sensing performance.The response to 100×10-6(volume fraction)acetone of the sensor based on ZnO/ SnO2 hierarchical nanostructures was as high as 22.76 at 300 ℃,the response time and recovery time was 13 s and 10 s respectively.
