新型丙烯酮类化合物的合成及其生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of New Acrylic Ketone Derivatives
摘要
Abstract
Twelve new acrylic ketone derivatives were synthesized with chalcone as lead compounds and triazene as substituent.These compounds were characterized by 1HNMR,IR and MS.The results conformed well to the expected structures.Twelve new compounds were screened by MTT assay in vitro activity.It was discovered that all of these compounds had anti-cancer activity.关键词
