亲水性PU预聚体对PU/水玻璃注浆材料的增容性研究
Study on compatibilization of hydrophilic PU pre-polymer on PU/silicate grouting material

Abstract
Isocyanate-terminated hydrophilic polyurethane pre-polymer was prepared with MDI and PEG400,which could improve the compatibility of PU/silicate hybrid twocomponent grouting material.The mechanical properties and fracture surface of grouting consolidation were studied.The results showed that hydrophilic pre-polymer improved compatibility of PU/silicate grouting material effectively.Adhesion,tensile and impact strength of consolidation grouting material were significantly enhanced.Considered with the viscosity of grouting,the grouting material with good fluidity and mechanical properties could be achieved under adding w=25％ pre-polymer of which the nNCO/nOH number was 2.The adhesive strength reached 4.32 MPa and the impact strength was 16.9 kJ · m-2.关键词
