豇豆与饭豆种间杂种的获得及其鉴定
Acquisition and identification of interspecific hybrids between cowpea and rice bean
摘要
Abstract
Interspecific hybridization between cowpea and rice bean was conducted.Three crosses,A65 x B24,A27 × D1,A136 × A163,among 30 reciprocal crosses produced seeds.Differences in phenotypic traits,physiological indicators and molecular markers between interspecific hybrids and their parents were studied.The results showed that A136 ×A163 was false hybrids,while the other two were true hybrids.In this study,the favorable traits in rice bean were transferred to cowpea,which broadens the genetic background of cowpea and provides a basis for germplasm innovation and breeding of cowpea.关键词
