摘要

Abstract

Flow cytometry is a technology for cell rapid quantitative analysis and separation,which can carry out analyses,such as antigen analysis and genetic analysis to group cells at single-cell level.In agriculture,it still has large room for improvement.In animal husbandry,flow cytometry has already enjoyed a wide application,especially in disease detection and sperm separation.But it has been restricted in plants because of the plant cell wall.Existing research findings mainly include ploidy analysis,DNA testing,identification and separation of chromosome,etc.The application of flow cytometry in microbial research started relatively late,and its application in food microorganism has still been limited,but in terms of pathogenic microorganism detection,this technology is relatively mature.In the future,the combination of flow cytometry and other technology will provide more efficient and convenient tool for the research in agriculture.
