摘要

Abstract

In the light of course of food experiment design and mathematical statistics,the problems existing in the course of teaching are summarized as old teaching content,narrow knowledge scope,heavy teaching,light theory and simple teaching method.In combination with PBL teaching method,and on the basis of contrasting PBL and LBL teaching methods,the application of PBL teaching method in the course of Food Experiment Design and Mathematical Statistics is discussed,which introduces the contents of preparation,data collection,report in class and evaluation,summary and reflection process.The purpose is to cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems independently,and to raise their awareness of independent thinking and teamwork.
