煤与瓦斯突出危险性预测的SαS-PNN模型及应用
SαS-PNN Model for Forecast of Coal and GasOutburst Risk and Its Application

Abstract
Forecast of coal and gas outburst with high precision is the precondition and guarantee for coal mine safety production.In order to predict the risk of coal and gas outburst rapidly,accurately and dynamically,multiple factors affecting coal and gas outburst were considered.An improved probabilistic neural network(PNN)model for forecast of coal and gas outburst was proposed.First,a symmetric Alpha stable distribution(SαS)was introduced.SαS has more extensive mathematical expression,and its radial symmetry characteristic can act as Gaussian distribution in PNN sample layer.Based on SαS,the SαS-PNN model for forecast of coal and gas outburst risk was built.The SαS-PNN model was applied to the forecast of coal and gas outburst risk class in 26 typical mines in China.The forecast results showed that the SαS-PNN model had favorable forecast effects in three different trainings and tests,and the misjudgment rates were 7.69%,11.54% and 15.38%,respectively,suggesting that the model is capable of providing a possible thinking for forecast of coal and gas outburst risk in coal mining.关键词
