摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the requirement that the industrial field of servo motor position control of special occasions needs multiloop absolute encoder with high precision,small volume and strong anti-interference capability,a multiloop absolute magnetic encoder based on Infineon Corporation's angle sensor TLE5012B is designed,which can provide information about the location of the highest 15-bit resolution.The ARM microprocessor is used to acquire and process the data of the angle sensor,and the absolute position of the single loop,multiloop value,UWV and ABZ signals are provided.The SSI communication interface is used to output the data.This encoder has the functions of power down memory,zero position clearing and low cost,and has been applied to the actual industrial control system.
