Abstract
A method for analyzing the equivalent circuit model of frequency selective surface( FSS) in mul-tilayer substrates is proposed based on numerical simulation and microwave network theory. It has the vir-tue of intuitive physical process and small calculations. Moreover,the model can be applied to two-dimen-sional arbitrarily-shaped FSS. The equivalent circuit of square patch FSS is studied as an example to vali-date the feasibility of the proposed method,and the influence of multilayer substrates on the equivalent cir-cuit parameters of patch FSS is investigated as well. Finally,a bilayer of band-pass FSS is designed based on filter theory and the equivalent circuit model,the calculation results show that the simulation results a-gree very well with the theoretical value. It provides a way to precisely synthesis the multilayer FSS.关键词
