从三七茎叶皂苷中分离纯化人参皂苷C-Mx1和Rb3
Separated and purified ginsenoside C-Mx1 and Rb3 from notoginseng leaf ginsenosides
摘要
Abstract
The ginsenoside C-Mx1 and Rb3 were isolated and purified from notoginseng leaf ginsenosides.30 g notoginseng leaf ginsenosides were isolated, from which 50%-60% crude C-Mx1 of 4.66 g and Rb1 of 8.58 g were obtained.95% pure C-Mx1 of 0.92 g and Rb3 of 3.1 g were obtained from 4.66 g crude C-Mx1 and 8.58 g crude Rb3.The separation products were C-Mx1 and Rb3 saponins determined by 13C NMR.关键词
