Abstract
A new temporary water-soluble polymerizable monomer of para-ester series was prepared using p-aminophenyl-β-sulfatoethylsulfone (para-ester) and 3-chloropropene as raw materials through N-alkylation reaction, which could be used to prepare temporary water-soluble polymer taken off sulfonic esters.The influence of solvent, deacid reagent, pH, molar ratio of raw material, reaction temperature, reaction time on N-alkylation rate of para-ester and product solubility in water were studied.The structures of raw materials and product were characterized by FT-IR, HPLC-MS and IC.The content of Cl-in water was measured by Mohr method and IC to calculate N-alkylation rate of para-ester.The results showed that N-alkylation rate of para-ester could reach to 98.40% and the product had good water solubility when using water as solvent, sodium carbonate as an acid binding agent, 3-chloropropene and para-ester in proportion of 2∶1, the reaction temperature of 60 ℃, pH of 7, the reaction time of 8 h.The results of infrared spectra, MS spectra and IC spectra showed that the product structure was consistent with the expected results and the product had good water solubility.关键词
