摘要

Abstract

The glass beads were prepared using 60-80 mesh broken glass powder at calcination temperature 850 ℃ for 30 min by the isolating agent method.After treated with acid and alkali, the prepared glass beads were coated with Fe2O3 thin film by chemical deposition method.FeCl3 solution concentration, urea concentration and reaction temperature were selected for the orthogonal test.The best coating color was obtained when FeCl3 concentration and the urea concentration were at 3.0 and 1.5 mol/L.In the condition, the reaction temperature was at 70 ℃ and the most obvious pearl effect was observed at 600 nm with a red brown color.
