双向功率流电压型准Z源DC-DC变换器研究
Bidirectional Power Flow Voltage-Fed Quasi-Z-Source DC-DC Converter
摘要
Abstract
To overcome the defects of traditional bidirectional DC-DC converter,a study of a novel bidirectional power flow voltage-fed quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter was made.The converter was based on the quasi-Z-source converter concept,in which two IGBT modules were face-to-face connected to constitute a bidirectional power switch,and can transmit bidirectional power flow in a single topology by PWM control.Advantages of this circuit are it can realize bidirectional buck-boost output,and it had the features of wide range regulation of voltage.Firstly,the simulation was performed with the Saber software to verify the circuit,then experiments were performed to testify the theory,the simulation and experimental results verify the rationality and superiority of the circuit topology.关键词
