摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the networking of the industrial PC and multiple frequency converter,a kind of computer control system was designed based on the RS-485 bus communication protocol.Through the swirling head rotation speed and torque of the experiment,when the speed is 100 r/min,torque of the motor can achieve-12 N·m.The rusult reflects a better degree of motor grinding and mechanical performance.The results also show that the system is easy to implement,and reliable communication,network,intelligence and can be widely used in other swirling head system.
