摘要

Abstract

According to the requirements of large data storage in some embedded systems,including frequent rewriting and limited Flash memory lifetime,combined with practical application of ammonia detector,a storage solution for hybrid data based on ferroelectric RAM(FRAM)and flash was researched.This paper presents the overall design of ammonia detector controller based on STM32F407,analyzes the hardware and software design of hybrid data storage systememphatically,and formulates a data storage protocol to improve the storage efficiency.Compared with the traditional storage scheme,the hybrid data storage system based on FRAM and Flash improves the data storage speed and efficiency,prolongs the instrument life,and improves the stability and reliability of the instrument.
