Abstract
In order to realize the comprehensive device characteristic analysis and physical test,we introduced a simulation method for realization of a multi-dynamic hybrid real-time and simulation platform based on power electronic devices.An IGBT controlled current source was then established in the nanosecond simulation module.Based on embedding the characteristics of switching curves,IGBT nano-second time scale switching transient was tested.The tests examine all working states of the half-bridge and full-bridge MMC sub-module,and the experimental results validates the correctness and completeness of the nano-second time scale switching transient model based on embedding the characteristics of switching curves.The simulation method reflects small time step simulation of IGBT turn-on and turn-off details and can be applied in device physical characteristics analysis,closed-loop control system testing,and device level protection strategy verification.关键词
