天广直流工程换流阀异常导通原因分析及对策
Cause Analysis and Countermeasures for the Abnormal Conduction of Converter Valve in Tian-Guang HVDC Project

Abstract
Four abnormal conduction events have occurred in the converter valve of Tian-Guang HVDC project since July 2014.First,we studied the working principle of TE board,and established a simulation model of TE board.Then,we built a test platform of TE board in China Southern Power Grid Company DC transmission Equipment Condition Assessment and Fault Diagnosis Key Laboratory to carry out the voltage test under normal and high humidity environments.Results show that the surface of TE board is seriously polluted after the long time operation,and the threshold of the back-up trigger function is reduced greatly under the high humidity working conditions,resulting in the abnormal conduction of the electric trigger converter valve under the normal charging process of converter transformer.The anti-accident countermeasures such as regularly cleaning the TE board and controlling the valve hall humidity are successfully used in Tian-Guang HVDC project,and ca completely solve the problem of abnormal conduction of the electric trigger converter valve under the normal charging process of converter transformer.关键词
