基于10GHz光器件的25Gb/s NRZ传输实验研究
Experimental demonstration of 25Gb/s NRZ transmissions based on 10GHz optical components

Abstract
This paper describes a 25Gb/s NRZ signal transmission scheme,using commercial 10G class optical components.BER performance of different timing offset in a sampled symbol is analyzed under the conditions of back-to-back and 25km simple mode fiber.BER of the received signals equalized by feed forward equalizer(FFE),decision feedback equalizer (DFE) and maximum likelihood sequence estimation(MLSE) is compared.Experiment results show that,25Gb/s NRZ signal system based on 10GHz bandwidth EML optical component achieves more than 24dB link loss budget after 25km single mode fiber transmission.关键词
