Abstract
Objective To formulate guidance on construction and management of maternal and child health care specialty and to provide basis for specialty development of national maternal and child health care institutions.Methods Construction and management guidance on maternal and child health care specialty was formulated based on documentary research,field investigation,professional seminar and pilot institution.Results Guidelines on construction and management of twenty-seven maternal and child health care specialties were developed,including 5 maternal health care specialities,11 child health care specialities,8 women health care specialties,1 family plan service speciality,1 information specialty and 1 health education specialty.Conclusion Maternal and child health care specialty construction and management guidance should be formulated and maternal and child health care service should be standardized to lay foundation for nationwide maternal and child health care specialty development.关键词
