Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of combined treatment of insulin aspart and huangqi sijunzi decoction on pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with gestational diabetes admitted in obstetrics department of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group through random number table, with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given insulin aspart treatment, while patients in the observation group were given huangqi sijunzi decoction on basis of insulin aspart therapy.Clinical curative effect, blood sugar change and pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2=6.75, P<0.05).Average dose of insulin aspart used in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2=4.63, P<0.05).Fasting glucose, 2h postprandial glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels after treatment in both groups were significantly lowered compared with those before treatment (t value was 3.69, 3.87, 3.93, 5.89, 6.03 and 6.29 respectively, all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting glucose, 2h postprandial glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels after treatment between two groups (t value was 1.75, 1.03 and 1.98, respectively, all P>0.05).Incidences of neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress, neonatal hypoglycemia, abnormal neonatal weight, gestational hypertension, polyhydramnios, preterm birth and late abortion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (χ2 value was 6.25, 5.78, 6.10, 5.99, 6.35, 6.14, 5.88 and 6.28, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with huangqi sijunzi decoction has good effect in treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Keeping patient''s glucose level in good status, it can reduce dose of insulin and provide good protection for maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
