Abstract
In order to facilitate the utilization and success rate of Abbe flap,the author initiated a pedicle design procedure with a "window method" at lower lip mucosa on the contralateral side of the pedicle,which aimed at precisely locating the anatomical position of inferior labial artery as well as preserving the mucosa on pedicle side.In this way,the flexibility of Abbe flap could be improved,meanwhile,the survival rate could be secured.Thus,both the safety of Abbe flap technique and the match of upper and lower vermilion could be achieved.关键词
