摘要

Abstract

Water-cooled heatsink is very important for thyristor valve.In order to accurately measure the thermal resistance,which performance is important for water-cooled heatsink,during the process of research of ±800 kV/ 6 250 A UHVDC valve,and based on consulting many literatures and summarizing existing methods,a method is proposed to calculate the power of multi-point layout and water temperature which is simple,easily-handling and more direct,and the calculating method is more suitable for project application.Finally the calculating method is verified by software simulation and tests.
