摘要
Abstract
Dynamic characteristic of the operating mechanism is an important factor to the performance of circuit breaker.The model of CT14 spring operation mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker is imported into the Adams to parameterize the settings.The dynamics simulation model of spring operating mechanism is established.And the dynamics simulation analysis of the feed motion of the spring operation mechanism is carried out.The model is verified by contrasting the experimental data.The influence of three factors,including the CAMlinkage initial position,parts of the friction coefficient and the wear of the trundle,on the journey,velocity and period of the movable contact is obtained by the simulation.The simulation results in this paper can provide the reference for the optimization design,installation and maintenance of the spring operating mechanism of the high-voltage circuit breaker.关键词
