摘要
Abstract
To meet the energy-saving products design requirements,the main causes of energy loss are analyzed according to the concrete structure and the working process of existing hydraulic operating mechanism for high voltage switch,including load mismatching loss,pressure loss of control component and actuator element,transmission loss and friction loss.Several measures are presented in this paper,such as recycling buffer energy,choosing reasonable load matching,improving the structure of control valve,reducing transmission loss,and so on.Recycling buffer energy are elaborated especially,it can change the energy consumption passively to energy storage actively.Those measures achieve the purpose of saving energy,and provide technical references for energy conservation design.关键词
