摘要

Abstract

The paper analyzed the rust,corrosion,aging problems of mechanism case,which ware used in typical subtropical marine climate zone.Domestic and imported mechanism case shell are compared through the macroscopic observation,and other methods such as,the metal coating thickness tester,adhesion tester,scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectrometer,infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,the recommendations for mechanism improvement is proposed that,which met the southern weather atmosphere.The results show that,the coating thickness of imported mechanism case shell is relatively uniform and the adhesion rating of import mechanism case shell coating better than domestic mechanism.The substrate of domestic mechanism case shell is made of steel casing while it is aluminum alloy for imported mechanism case shell.The impedance of aluminum alloy (Zimported substrate) is 18 times of steel casting (Zimported substrate).The finish on domestic mecha-nism case shell is alkyd resin while it is polyester-based paint on imported mechanism case shell.
