胸段食管癌喉返神经链淋巴结转移的MSCT影像表现特点及诊断价值分析
Imaging Features and Diagnostic Value of MSCT for Thoracic Esophageal Carcinoma with Lymph Node Metastasis in Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve

Abstract
Objective To analyze the imaging features and diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for thoracic esophageal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis in recurrent laryngeal nerve.Methods A total of 100 patients with thoracic esophageal carcinoma,who underwent three-field lymph node dissection during January 2014 and June 2016,were recruited in the study.All patients underwent preoperative MSCT scan and enhanced scan,and the imaging findings were observed.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT in diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of recurrent laryngeal nerve were analyzed by pathological results as the golden standard.Results During operation,296 cases of bilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve lymph nodes were removed,and lymph node metastasis was confirmed in 45 cases by pathological results.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT in diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of recurrent laryngeal nerve were 82.22％,86.85％ and 86.15％ respectively.MSCT images showed that the short diameter of lymph node metastases was (0.50 ± 0.13) cm;the long diameter was (0.81 ± 0.12) cm;the average ratio of long and short diameter was lower than 1.6;there were 24 cases of fuzzy edges and 38 cases of homogeneous density;the intralymph node enhanced scan showed 8 cases of ring enhancement.Conclusion MSCT has clinical value in diagnosis of thoracic esophageal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis in recurrent laryngeal nerve.关键词
