摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe effects of mental intervention on psychological and life quality of patients with advanced tumor.Methods Clinical data of 79 patients with advanced tumor admitted during October 2015 and June 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.The 40 patients received mental interventions were selected as observation group,and other 39 patients without mental intervention were selected as control group.In two groups,mental conditions were evaluated at the time of hospitalization and after treatment for two weeks,which included self-rating depression scale (SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score.Quality of life was evaluated using health survey table (SF-36).Results In observation group,after mental intervention,SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),while SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those before treatment and in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Mental intervention can effectively improve psychological condition and life quality of patients with advanced tumor.关键词
