生长抑素联合硫酸镁治疗ERCP术后急性胰腺炎临床效果及安全性分析
Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Somatostatin Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Treatment of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis after ERCP

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of somatostatin combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Methods Clinical data of 120 choledocholithiasis patients with acute pancreatitis after ERCP admitted during April 2015 and April 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into group A and B (n =60 for each group) according to different treatments.Group A was treated with somatostatin combined with magnesium sulfate treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,while group B was treated with somatostatin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Curative effect and incidence of complication were observed in two groups.Results In group A,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in group B (P ＜ 0.01),while times of gastrointestinal decompression,alleviation of abdominal pain and the length of stay in group A were less than those in group B (P ＜ 0.01).After treatment,levels of serum amylase,white blood cell (WBC) count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P ＜0.01).Incidence rates of acute respiratory distress syndrome,acute kidney failure and shock in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P ＜ 0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion Somatostatin combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis after ERCP can relieve clinical symptoms with high safety.关键词
