维生素D3水平与原发性干燥综合征的相关性研究
Correlation Study between Plasma Vitamin D3 Levels and Primary Sjogren's Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between plasma vitamin D3 levels and primary sjogren's syndrome.Methods A total of 84 patients with primary sjogren's syndrome admitted during February 2012 and February 2016 were selected as observation group,and 42 healthy people taking medical examination were selected as control group.According to the Sjogren's syndrome disease activity index (SSDAI) scores,the observation group were divided into active subgroup (SSDAI ≥ 5,n =42) and stable subgroup (SSDAI ＜ 5,n =42).Expression levels of serum 1,25-two hydroxy vitamin D3 [1,25(OH)2D3],interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),IL-10 and IL-17 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.Expression levels of CD27high and CD27+ memory B cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.Results In observation group,1,25(OH)2D3 level was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).In active subgroup,1,25 (OH) 2 D3 level was significantly lower than those in stable subgroup and control group (P ＜ 0.05).In observation group,levels of CD27high cells,CD27 + memory B cells and IL-10 were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),while levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-17 were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Levels of CD27high cells,CD27+ memory B cells and IL-10 in active subgroup were significantly lower than those in stable subgroup and control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels in stable subgroup were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-17 in active subgroup were significantly higher than those in stable subgroup and control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels in stable subgroup were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The 1,25 (OH) 2 D3 was positively correlated with CD27high cells,CD27 + memory B cells and IL-10 levels (P ＜ 0.05),and it negatively correlated with TNF-αt,IL-6 and IL-17 levels (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D3 expression may be involved in the pathogenesis of primary sjogren's syndrome,and it is related to severity of disease and immune function.关键词
