Expressions and Clinical Significances of IL-17, TNF-α and INF-γin Patients with SLE
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate expressions and clinical significances of interleukin-17 (IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (INF-γ) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods A total of 80 patients with SLE (SLE group) and 40 healthy people (healthy group) during July 2012 and December 2015 were recruited in this study.SLE group was divided into active stage subgroup and non active stage subgroup (n =40 for each group) according to SLE activity index score.Expressions of IL-17,IFN-α and TNF-α were detected and compared,and clinical significance was analyzed in each group.Results IL-17,TNF-α and INF-γ expressions in active stage subgroup,non active stage subgroup and SLE group were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P ＜0.05).IL-17,INF-γ and TNF-α expressions in active stage subgroup were higher than those in non active stage subgroup (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion IL-17,TNF-α and INF-γ has high expressions in peripheral blood of patients with SLE,and the expressions are risen with increasing disease activity.关键词
