阿替普酶联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血清应激因子的影响
Effect of Alteplase Combined with Butylphthalide on Neurological Function and Serum Stressors of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of Alteplase combined with Butylphthalide on neurological function and serum stressors of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods A total of 150 ACI patients admitted during June 2012 and June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n =75 for each group).Control group was given Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection on the basis of routine drug treatment,while observation group was given combined Alteplase treatment on the basis of treatment for control group.Changes of neurological function and serum stressor levels were compared before treatment and on 7th and 15th d after treatment in two groups,and clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed in two groups.Results Values of national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and interleukin-6 (IL-6),IL-8,IL-10 and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels on 7th and 15thd after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion Alteplase combined with Butylphthalide in treatment of ACI patients can effectively restore neurological function and reduce serum stressor expression levels with good clinical efficacy and safety.关键词
