吴茱萸醇提物多次给药致大鼠肝毒性研究
Study on hepatotoxicity of rats caused by multiple dose ethanol extract from Evodia rutaecarpa
摘要
Abstract
To study on toxic damage of rats liver induced by multiple dose ethanol extract from Evodia rutaecarpa,the rats were administered with gavage solution at different doses once a day for 14 d.The blood samples were collected at 60 min after the last gavage.The levels of serum ALT,AST and liver index were tested,and the pathology change of liver tissue was observed under optical microscope.The results indicated that compared with control group,liver index and serum ALT,AST of medication group rats were obviously increased,and the high dose group has significant difference.Pathology examination showed differentdegree of hepatocyte fatty degeneration liver steatosis,inflammatory ceils infiltration and stove necrosis.Ethanol extract from Evodia rutaecarpa could cause hepatotoxicity which increased with the increase of dose.关键词
