居家老年脑卒中患者医养结合管理模式探讨
Study of medical-nursing combination mode for the elderly stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explore the Medical-Nursing Combination Mode for the elderly stroke patients.Methods Sixty elderly stroke patients were divided randomly into two groups,and each group was 30 patients.The control group was given the routine family nursing,while the trial group was provided with Medical-Nursing Combination Mode.ADL and SS-QOL were measured at the time of patients discharging from the hospital,and at the time of 3 months,6 months,and 12 months of leaving hospital,respectively.Repeated that of analysis of variance were adopted when analyzed.Results The ADL score of the trial group was significantly better than the control group (F=235.09,P<0.05),while the SS-QOL score of the trial group was significantly better than the that of control group (F=167.25,P<0.05).Conclusion The Medical-Nursing Combination Mode could enhance ADL capacity and improve the quality of life of home-based elderly stroke patient.关键词
