颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗中重度颈动脉狭窄的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of carotid endarterectomy (CEA) in the treatment of moderate and severe carotid artery stenosis with carotid artery stenting(CAS) as control.Methods According to different methods 100 cases of carotid artery stenosis patients were divided into observation group (CEA) and control groups (CAS),and recorded perioperative complications ,the operation time,hospitalization days and treatment costs.And followed up 12 months two groups the incidence of adverse events,including deaths,and modified Rankin score.Results The above indexes were not significantly different from those of the control group (P>0.05).But treatment cost show lower in observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe carotid artery stenosis CAS has a good effect,short-term and long-term curative effect and safety as well as CEA,but CEA has less complications,low cost.关键词
