Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of transcatheter selective cerebral arterial thrombolysis with use of urokinase on neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods One hundred and sixty-nine patients diagnosed as ACI were collected in April 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups:study group and control group,89 cases in each group.The patients of control group reveived conventional drug therapy.The patients of study group received transcatheter selective cerebral arterial thrombolysis with use of urokinase on the basis of the control group.The treatment outcome including the National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score,Barthel index (BI) of activities of daily living (ADL) score were recorded before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of study group and control group was 80.90% and 61.25%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The NIHSS score and BI score of study group were superior than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter selective cerebral arterial thrombolysis with use of urokinase could significantly alleviate the nerve function defect of the patient with ACI,improving nerve function and activities of daily living.It was worthy to be promoted due to high safety and efficacy.关键词
