Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with brain tumor and cerebral aneurysm.Method 56 patients with brain tumor and cerebral aneurysm treated from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in each group.Group A took the conventional therapy;on the basis,Group B also adopted the hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The daily living activity,life quality and clinical effective rate for two groups were compared in two groups before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate for Group B (96.43%) was significantly higher than Group A (82.14%) (P<0.05);before treatment,the ADL points and SF-36 points for two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05);after treatment,the ADL points and SF-36 points for Group B were significantly better than Group A (P<0.05).ConclusionThe hyperbaric oxygen therapy has an obvious effect in patients with brain tumor and cerebral aneurysm,can greatly improve their self-care ability and life quality.关键词
