Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing pulmonary infection in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 111 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016.The treatment and clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage risk factors.Results The risk of pulmonary infection was significantly increased in patients with airway or endotracheal intubation and trachea with ≥ 3 d (P<0.05).The coma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hospital stay were ≥14 days (P<0.05).At the same time,Logistic multivariate analysis showed that pulmonary infection was associated with tracheotomy or tracheal intubation,and the ventilator time was greater than or equal to 3 days,coma,combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hospital stay ≥ 14 days,smoking history and age ≥ 60 years (P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors for pulmonary infection in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Surveillance should be carried out,effective preventive measures should be taken to prevent lung infection and reduce mortality.关键词
